Terms of service

When you place an order, we want to make sure you get a perfect product every time!

For that reason, if there are any quality issues with any of our products, we ask that you take the following steps -

1.) Email us with a description the issue.

2)Attach photos of the issue so we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.

3) Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.

Please all up to 48 hours for processing of return/replacements requests. Because we are a made to order business, replacements/refunds will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in the printing or construction of our products.
